HOW TO ACCESS YOUR CLUB EMAIL VIA "WEBMAIL"

1. Log on to any computer connected to the internet

2. Open the internet browser

3. In the web address bar type in the following address (cut and paste it from here if you like)

http://webmail.southwestmotocrossclub.co.uk

4. Press enter and you will be taken to the webmail log in page which looks like this...

enter your club email address (in the box labled username)

enter your password (on the box labled password!)

press 'log in'

5. click on the inbox to gew at your mail...

 

6. Have fun now your in!!! Dont forget to log out at the end of your session - the mail system works just like any email programme.

Please delete mails once you have finished with them or forward on to your own personal email accounts.

Can you also please try and check you mails regularly otherwise people will be waiting for responses and your mailbox will fill up!
