Lower Birch Farm
Bere Alston, Tavistock.

This track is very steep and set in a valley. Used a fair bit by quads and enduro riders, the circuit is very challenging. There is a flatter field area at the top which is ideal for novices and has some good small jumps for practice.

The Farmer 'Gerald' is very friendly, but you must play by the rules as he has already been closed down once by the fun police!!

The track is only open on the first and third Sunday of each month across the summer. simply pay £10 per bike per day and go ride! Be warned, it is all a bit lose and unstructured, but the riding is great. Expect Quads, enduros and teenagers on old bangers along with just about everything else!

You follow up the farm lane and turn left into a field- all pretty clear. Keep off the crops and stick to where other riders are parking and riding.
