Photographic Capture Statement

 

The club recognises that freinds and family of riders taking part in events will want to capture video and stills images of the event.

The club sanctions Mrs McDine to capture suitable images and to reproduce them for club members at following meetings. no other official or professional photography can be undertaken without the express permissiona nd agreement of the committee.

It is not however, club policy to prevent the capture of suitable images by freinds and family. We ask that all photographers and club members abide by the follwing code of conduct:

  1. You should inform the committee via the booking process at the caravan if you do not wish for any images to be taken of your child.
  2. Images of minors who you do not have guardianship over should be limited to the following activities: racing, start gate, and general pit area shots.
  3. Images should not be taken of any injured rider or marshal.
  4. Images should not be taken of any incident or accidient on the the track.
  5. Images should not be taken of any minor or club member in a state of partial undress
  6. Images should not be taken of any minor or club member which migh be considered 'compromising'.
  7. Images should not be taken of private vehicles / race homes.
  8. All images taken at SWMC Ltd race meetings are for private or club use only. Professional resale or distribution of images to theird parties without prior agreement is not allowed.

If you are unsure as to the nature of the image you have captured, please review it with a member of the committee.

The club welcomes images submitted to the web master for display on the club web site.

By attending a SWMC Club meet, you agree that any statements made, and all photographic or video images captured during the event may be stored and used by SWMC ltd and it's members for use on the web site, publicity purposes and future distribution amoungst club members unless you expressly inform us not to do so in writing.
